Remove EmulateUserStartedSpeakingFrame, EmulateUserStoppedSpeakingFrame (deprecated since v0.0.99), and the emulated field from UserStartedSpeakingFrame and UserStoppedSpeakingFrame. Clean up the handling code in base_input.py and a stale comment in nova_sonic/llm.py.
