Set `turn_detection=False` inside `OpenAIRealtimeLLMService.Settings.session_properties.audio.input` to disable OpenAI's server-side VAD; the service then drives turn boundaries from local turn detection, sending `input_audio_buffer.commit` + `response.create` on `UserStoppedSpeakingFrame`.
